I am a writer.

I am many other things too, but I love to write. I write in my spare time, I write when my time is not really spare. I write to relax and I write because I enjoy hearing about how people react to my words.

I write all sorts of stories, but after being urged by a very close friend to write a novel based on our shared fascination, I started. Each day I write in the morning before work, editing in my lunch break then sending the result, a short chapter, no longer than a five minute read, by WhatsApp so she could enjoy at her desk and add a little excitement to her day.

Used to writing, rewriting, editing and rewriting again, the process of instant publishing, setting the words you have written that day in stone, fascinates me and this site is the result.

After ninety one chapters In The End – Season One came to a close, but after only a week’s break I started writing again and Season Two finished at the start of June. While I wait for the batteries to recharge I’ll continue working on getting Season One published as an e-book and continue my series of blog posts about my experiences during the publishing process, outdoor adventuring and preparing for the end of civilisation.

I hope you enjoy, but if you don’t, it’s not for everyone.

If you fancy a look, here’s Season One and Season Two in chronological order so they’re easy to read.
