I’ve waited long enough. It’s time. Here is the new cover of FATE’S AMBITION, the first in my paranormal crime and mystery thriller.

This is also going out to my mailing list today because the timings don’t work to tell them first. I was forced to release this now because I sold pretty much all my stock of the book at last week’s event and I wanted to make sure I have enough for next time. With the cover not quite there for the second in the series, I’ve rejected the first design idea as it looked like the pair were about to run off the top of a building, I’ve had to only include the new blurb for the second book in the back.

I’ve ordered a small amount of author copies and I can’t wait to see what it looks like in print. I’ve also put the ebook copy down to 99p/99c. This will be a permanent thing until the first book gets 100+ reviews.

In my newsletter I’m calling for ARC readers for the second book as it’s now ready and I will be releasing it early November. That should be plenty of time for the cover. If you’re interested in being an ARC reader for the second book then drop me a comment.

I’m now back to working on book 3 of the series, which still doesn’t have a name!

The event last week was average, which is good. Although the footfall at Chichester was amazing, the conversion rate was lower. I will definitely be booked that event again. This week my event is on a Sunday and it is my first ever Comic Con. It’s a test event to see if this type of venue / event is right for what I do. I will be focusing on the zombie books, so let’s watch this space.

I’m not currently running any Facebook ads and there has been no change in my page reads and sales. Perhaps now is the time to think about Amazon Ads…
