Harm’s Way – An Agent Carrie Harris Action Thriller Short Story – This is back from the copy editor. I’ve made the suggested few adjustments, and it’s been proof read, so all I have to do is write an exciting one line blurb and we’re ready to release.

This is what I have so far:

On what seemed like an ordinary day, Carrie finds herself in the crossfire of a violent bank robbery. As the horrible scene plays out before her experienced eyes, she must find a way survive the encounter and save the day.

Life’s a Beach – An Agent Carrie Harris Action Thriller Short Story – This is still hovering just under the 10,000 words mark and I’m on the second draft, with at least another revision pass before I offer it out to beta readers for comment. With Capital Action, Harm’s Way and this one, I have almost 39,000 words for a collection of short stories. I think I need to double that in order to compile a collection.

Blood Rain Series – Book 1 – The current edit is 31,000 words through and that’s 8,000 words edited in the last week along with culling around 3,000 words from the project total since I started this pass. Everything is going in the right direction.

The Gemini Assignment – Audio book – I’ve just listened to chapter 36, so I’m well over half way through.

Marketing & Promotion

I’m still only running mailing list promotions and out of the two I last did I received over 300 new subscribers. My stats show I had an average of 150 people clicking the promo from my shares so that gives me a good standing for being accepted for further promotions. I currently have one running for zombie books, but I’m not getting the same level of downloads as I did for Capital Action.

Sales have been okay. Audio and Kindle Unlimited page reads are still running along, but without any marketing direct costs, it’s all profit. I may run a countdown deal on the Carrie Harris books when I launch Harm’s Way. I haven’t decided yet.

In my search of fiction similar to my Carrie Harris series, I’ve found the Amazon Prime series ‘Hanna.’ this is based on the 2011 film of the same name, which I absolutely loved. The series is just as good and although it features a teenage hero, she’s every bit as kick ass as Carrie Harris. We’re three episodes in and hooked. It’s well recommended.
